■Privacy Policy■
At TOKIWA, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, sales representatives and employees. We recognize that providing the proper safeguards for privacy is our corporate responsibility, and we have established the privacy policy described below.
1. When requesting personal information, we will clearly state how this information will be used. We will not use the information for any purposes other than those indicated. You are thus able to decide for yourself whether or not to provide a particular item of personal information.
2. To assure that personal information is adequately protected, we have established policies which address organizational, human resource and IT issues. These measures are designed to prevent the unauthorized access, loss, destruction, manipulation or leaks of personal information.
3. Our privacy policy strictly conforms to the laws of Japan and to related regulation set forth by governmental bodies. Additionally, we follow the guidelines generally accepted by the Japanese direct sales industry.
