River Island是英國最有名的高街時尚品牌之一，可以在大多數(shù)英國的城市中找到它的身影。該品牌在新加波、土耳其、波蘭、愛爾蘭、荷蘭以及中東都有分店。
該公司由Bernard Lewis建立于1948年。最開始，該品牌以Lewis Separates 之名在倫敦經營了一件小店。后來，品牌名又經過了幾次變換(Chelsea Girl, Concept Man)才最終在1988年確定了River Island這個名字。
英國品牌，衣服質量高于英國的Topshop。1988年由Chelsea Girl 女裝及Concept Man 男裝兩家公司合并而成。 <
